Multi functional

The Heecon Multi Chopper is a multifunctional machine. It is suitable for clearing or shredding the leaves, plants and substrate of various crops. Think of tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, etc. as well as soft fruit plants with or without potting soil such as strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc. The Multi chopper can be converted from chipper to clearing machine with conveyor belt or auger within 30 minutes. Thus, this machine allows you to complete all processes of different types of crop rotation. This Heecon Multi chopper can be supplied in two variants: the Multi 140 and Multi 225.

The difference between the Heecon Multi 140 and Multi 225

The Multi 140 is a fairly basic machine, while the Multi 225 is a richer machine. The main difference is in the power: 140HP or 225HP. Also, the blade sharpening system on the Multi 140 is mechanical and on the Multi 225 it is hydraulic. In addition, the Multi 225 has a more elaborate hydraulic system to control all functions of the machine simultaneously.

Operation of the Heecon Multi Chopper

Vegetable plants are fed to the machine with a foliage pulling cloth. Then a conveyor belt brings the plants to the feed rollers, which in turn push them into the chopping drum at adjustable speed. The finely chopped material is blown out of the exhaust pipe at the rear. The exhaust pipe is hinged, allowing the material to be blown away at various heights. A Heecon bunker behind the machine increases safety and capacity.

Soft fruit plants with or without potting soil (the potting soil does not have to be dry, moist gives less dust) are fed to the machine with a foliage cloth. After which they are pressed by an auger into the chopping cage. The finely chopped material is blown out of the exhaust pipe at the rear. The exhaust pipe is hinged so that the material can be blown to various heights. A Heecon bunker behind the machine increases safety and capacity.

Leaf or substrate

‍arefed to the machine with a loafing cloth. After which they are pressed by a press auger into the carriage. The carriage serves as a storage bunker so that the machine can run continuously. With a clamping rack attached to a shovel or forklift truck, the material is removed. Multiple units can be supplied with this machine to mechanically remove tomato leaf or substrate.
