What will you be doing as a contractor?

As a contract worker, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks.

Your specific duties:

• Assisting with the operation of a shredder in the greenhouse
• Operating various machines (e.g., wood chipper, forklift, loader, and truck)
• Preparing the machines for the next workday (hosing down, lubricating, refueling, cleaning air filters, and performing any minor repairs)
• Maintenance and monitoring of our own machinery
• Delivery of leaf-stripping cloths to our customers

Professional skills

What is expected of you?

• You have an affinity for the agricultural sector
• Experience in greenhouse work is a plus
• You like to roll up your sleeves and get to work
• You are flexible (seasonal peaks and longer workdays are possible)
• You can work independently, but also as part of a team
• A Class C driver's license is a plus; however, you can also obtain it through Heecon if necessary
• A forklift operator's license is a plus; however, you can also obtain one through Heecon
• You work with precision, take responsibility, and communicate easily with colleagues—in other words, you’re a true team player
• You have an excellent command of Dutch; a basic knowledge of English and/or French is a plus
• You’re eager to grow alongside a rapidly expanding company and delve deeper into our technology
• It's easy to get to our office in Meer
